Please take a moment to visit One Life Take Two to learn more about blogger and Fleshbot Sex Round-Up contributor Jefferson’s legal issues.

Jefferson's personal blog, One Life Take Two has been removed because it is evidence in an ongoing legal case. However, it was re-launched today by the Friends of Jefferson Legal Defense Fund to follow and provide (publicly available) information about the case. The Sexual Freedom Legal Defense and Education Fund has established a fund for his legal expenses and provides a tax-deductible PayPal donation option. Donations must be noted as intended for the Jefferson Legal Defense Fund and all proceeds will be used for that purpose.

Essentially, his ex-wife, with whom he has shared joint custody in the past, is suing him for full custody and wants him declared an unfit parent because he is bisexual.
